Prof Monsour has gained high acclaim within his surgical discipline both nationally and internationally having led the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery through Principal Medical Specialty recognition within Australia and New Zealand for many years. He was responsible for developing the Queensland Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Training Program and Hospital Units into internationally recognized training facilities. Professor Monsour also had an extended military career that culminated in extended service as a senior ‘Colonel Consultant’ within the Office of the Surgeon General, Australian Defence Force and being awarded the Reserve Force Decoration (RFD).
Sebastian is the Chief Executive Officer for the Majella Group of companies. He has more than two decades of experience designing, constructing, operating and managing infrastructure in the utility and government sectors. His background in strategic and change management programs focused on creating new business units out of existing and emerging divisions and enabling them to deliver future business and commercial needs. Through the use of such initiatives as the DuPont STOP and Rowland Communications programs, he improved management, environmental, financial, safety, compliance, and governance requirements.
Retaining over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, infrastructure advisory and regulatory economics, Dr Kirke has held senior roles with a plenitude of Australian top tier organisations. These include the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Australian Security Exchange, Queensland Treasury Corporation, Queensland Investment Corporation, Booz & Company. and Aurizon. From the earliest roles, Dr Luke has proven experience in undertaking complex work, a good understanding of the workings of commercial operations, and a thorough appreciation of the issues facing today’s organisations. With these skills, Dr Luke has the ability to achieve benefits realization, as well improving the resilience of a company to ensure its sustainability well into the future. Driven by excellence and the desire to outperform, Dr Luke is a triple degree graduate, having completed a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, a Masters of Applied Finance as well as a Doctorate of Finance from the Swiss Management Center in Zurich, Switzerland.
Drew established the practice of Drew Dickson & Partners in 1978 and in 2000 amalgamated the practice with Russell Byrne to form Drew Dickson Architects (DDA) Pty Limited. In 2017, following DDA and KannFinch merger, Drew became the Managing Director of both companies. He is in charge of all operations undertaken by the Majella Group in the Eastern Region of the world. Drew’s experience in the architectural profession over the last 35 years has included feasibility studies and the design, documentation and project administration of major residential projects, from individual houses to high-rise apartment developments, commercial, industrial, education, resort, entertainment and retail developments, both in Australia and overseas.
Fred began at Majella Global Technologies (MGT) in April 2012 to provide executive and operations management drawn from extensive experience in finance and purchasing, partnership development and systems implementation and training in the emergency management field. He now is the Executive Manager of the Majella Group in charge of the operations undertaken in the Western Region of the world. Fred is also noted for establishing partnerships with public and private entities on a variety of issues surrounding homeland security, and has participated on several national panels including intelligence gathering, information sharing, and fund distribution, and aided in establishing criteria for setting up fusion center operations.
Faeq has been involved in managing the spatial planning Policies and responsibilities at various levels (national, regional and local) in Bahrain. He has also managed the development control of planning activities such as day-to-day cases like implementation of Master and Detail, Urban Renewal and Urban Design Plan.
Highly regarded for its intimate knowledge and capabilities in development of infrastructure, resources and utilities projects and more particularly oil and gas projects. His experience spans all phases of major capital developments; from concept through feasibility studies, investment proposals, construction, commissioning and transitioning to operating businesses.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in strategic and operational planning and management, leadership, training, facilitation and project management in both the public and private sectors, Al delivers services across disaster and risk management, project management, business continuity, crisis and emergency management.
Michael has over 10 years of business and financial management experience from across a number of industry sectors in Australia and Britain. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law and his focus is on ensuring MPA Surveying is well positioned to meet the growing and changing needs of clients, stakeholders, team members and shareholders.
Trevor has over 30 years of wide ranging experience with specialist expertise in the feasibility/initiation and concept design/design development phases of projects. He has an excellent record in gaining development approvals in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Over the past 28 years Michael has been entrusted with the implementation, from feasibility to completion, of large scale projects valued at more than $2.5 billion. This is an indication of Michael’s ability to understand and manage the individual components of the design and development process from inception through the documentation delivery process to the completion of projects.
